This hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it a great choice for travelers arriving by train. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a nice view of the city. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory.

All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

Thumrin Hotel in Trang exceeded my expectations for a weekend stay. The hotel's location close to the railway station was ideal, allowing for easy access to transportation and exploration of the city center. One of the best aspects was the walking street near the hotel, where I discovered a wide variety of delicious street food options. Exploring this area became a highlight of my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine and browsing the street vendors. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff made my experience even more enjoyable. this hotel provided excellent value for my short stay.

The position of this hotel close to the railway station is really the only reason for stopping here.

The pictures on the web sight make this hotel look a lot better than it is. It also has no swimming pool - the one shown in the photos is at it's sister hotel about a kilometer away - one of the reasons we chose the hotel. It is currently undergoing renovation of the 5th floor, but we were on the 4th floor which was pretty poor. Even though we mentioned to reception that we has no hot water in the tap/shower, nothing was done about it in the 2 days we were there.

The only think we liked about this hotel was the location which is next to the railyway station and next to the tour offices in town.

We did not like the the mouldy carpet. The breakfast was only Thai style.

The hotel had recently been renovated, and the room I stayed in was spacious, neat, and clean. I especially appreciated the new parquet flooring, which made the room feel more modern. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.- The hotel's location was excellent, with many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. I enjoyed exploring the local area and trying out the delicious street food nearby.

The breakfast menu at the hotel's coffee house could use some improvement. While the ala carte options were mostly delicious, I felt that there could have been more variety on the breakfast buffet.

In my opinion, this hotel is not worth 3 stars. The only good thing about the room is the bed. The carpet looked dirty and so did the bathtub. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Located near the Trang train station, Thumrin Hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to transportation. Guests can conveniently walk from the train station to the hotel in just one minute. the hotel is in close proximity to the famous clock tower in Trang, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. the bathrooms are well-maintained and the hotel provides amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities. Guests can also enjoy a set breakfast menu at a great value.

One negative aspect is that the hotel could benefit from a renovation to update its dated design.

The hotel room had a musty smell upon arrival, which did not go away even after turning on the air conditioning. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, such as mold on the tiles.
